1. Independent Advisory & Educational Purpose

AsiaAntiAging.com provides independent educational information, lifestyle commentary, comparative aesthetic analysis, curated clinic listings, and digital consulting services.

No Medical Practice: We are not medical practitioners, dermatologists, or licensed plastic surgeons.
Independent Assessment: Our digital assessment services and interactive AI tools provide general aesthetic lifestyle commentary based on user-submitted photos and skin history; they do not constitute clinical diagnoses, surgical clearance, or medical prescriptions.
User Due Diligence: The inclusion or mention of third-party clinics, practitioners, or aesthetic devices on this site does not constitute an official endorsement or clinical guarantee. You are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence prior to undergoing any aesthetic, medical, or cosmetic procedure.

2. Digital Services & Automated Tools

Service Scope: We offer digital structural aesthetic assessments and concierge travel advisory services. Digital assessments utilize automated analytical frameworks and proprietary workflows to generate comparative aesthetic recommendations.
Delivery Policy: Digital assessments and access links to automated tools are delivered electronically upon confirmation of successful payment. Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of software access, delivery occurs either directly on-screen or via the contact email provided at checkout.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Currency

All fees for digital assessments and advisory services are displayed clearly at checkout and processed securely via our approved payment gateway partners (such as Xendit).
Transactions are billed in the stated currency (e.g., USD or IDR equivalent) and settled into our corporate corporate bank account in Indonesia.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products & Instant Scans: Because digital assessments, interactive tool access, and analytical reports involve immediate computational delivery and digital content consumption, all sales are final once access has been provided or the assessment has been generated.
Technical Errors: If an undeniable technical error occurs during purchase that prevents you from accessing the assessment tool, please contact support at info@asiaantiaging.com with your transaction receipt. If a verified technical failure on our platform cannot be rectified, a replacement access link or full refund will be issued.

5. User Content and Photo Submissions

Voluntary Submission: When uploading photographs or facial details for analysis, you certify that you own the rights to the photos and that all provided information is accurate.
Data Handling: Submitted photos are processed strictly for the purpose of generating your personal aesthetic evaluation and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, PT GODDESS CREATIVE GROUP and its directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on site commentary, digital tool outputs, third-party clinic outcomes, or personal aesthetic choices. You assume full personal responsibility for your health, skincare decisions, and aesthetic interventions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts of Indonesia.
